Classification
Antirheumatic, Anti-inflammatory Analgesics
Indications
Pain & inflammation due to osteoarthritis & RA acute gouty arthritis.
Dosage
1 cap in the morning & 2 cap at bedtime.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDS. Active GI bleeding.
Precautions
Bleeding disorders. Pregnancy & lactation. Renal function impairment.
Adverse Reactions
GI upset, diarrhea; headache, dizziness; skin rash.
Interactios
Reduces diuretic & natriuretic effect of furosemide & antihypertensive of thiazide diuretics, beta-adrenergic antagonists, prazosin & captopril. |
